I've had two issues (one definitely a problem, the other may or may not be) running 4.91.2 BETA 10 PEX on my CECH-2002A. I moved pkg files to my internal HDD and was trying to install them using the package manager from the XMB. My issues are:
1) After installation, if I navigate to "package manager > delete package files > ps3 system storage" I can see a list of pkg files on the HDD, they each have the option to delete. If I delete one, it will remain in the list and it will still have the option to be deleted. It only disappears from the list if I navigate up one level to "delete package files" and then go back down into "ps3 system storage". Not sure if this is a bug or just a software limitation.
Note: I have never put a file on the HDD and then attempted to delete it, I have only ever deleted pkg files after installing them.
2) I installed a pkg file for a game, after installation I deleted it. I then tried to install a DLC pkg for the game. The console froze and I had to power cycle. I installed further DLC without deleting the files immediately after installation and this caused no issues. When I had two DLC left to install I tried to test the issue again: I installed a DLC then deleted the pkg, when I attempted to install the final pkg my system froze again. It seems that installing a pkg, then deleting it, then attempting to install another pkg can freeze the system.
Additional info:
My console is second hand, but to my knowledge only ran official Sony firmware before I owned it. I initially had the console on 4.91.2 BETA 9 CEX before updating it to BETA 10 PEX. I have not modified the hardware of the console in any way. I have only installed CFW, games, and ManaGunZ 1.42 (latest nightly) on my system.
Apologies if these are already known.
