the idps is banned, not the ip address. otherwise, you could just sell it to someone to unban it. or, have your isp issue you a new ip address for some made up reason.

you can't without the idps from another console. tbh, it's not even worth doing since you need a second console in the first place.

you'll have to dump the idps using ps3xploit's tools. then, if you're on cfw, use idpset to change it permanently or webman mod or psn patch to spoof it. it must be valid or you'll get an error when signing in.

I don't believe that's currently possible. you need a new system anyway, so it's not really worth it when you can just use that console instead. apparently, sony can see through that spoof but chooses not to do anything about it. personally, I think sony's methods are poor opting instead to guess when they have to. that's what made me lose all respect for the company and why I'll never buy another sony product again.
