PS3 ARCH 4.70 Spoof v1.13

Developer ARCH has updated his "ARCH Spoof" to version 1.13, adding support to Spoof to v4.70 FW from lower supported CFW (allowing for a PSN Connection if one desires) and providing a fix to the 80710A06 connection error that has affected lower CFW since Sony patching of SSLv3. A change by Sony that was not aimed at CFW user's but had the side affect of shutting lower CFW versions with spoofs out. [break]dd[/break] There does not seem to be a danger to using spoofs. However, we will still apply a USE AT YOUR OWN RISK when using spoofers on your custom firmware.

ARCH Spoof: update v1.13

  • Fixed error code connection 80710A06
  • Add new CA0x.cer version 4.70
  • Update spoof version to 4.70

CFW Supported :
All CFW CEX Standard version 4.50 / 4.55 / 4.60 / 4.65 / 4.66 and REBUG 4.65.1 or 4.65.2 ONLY in Normal mode !

CFW unsupported :
all CFW's COBRA edition or below 4.50 CFW

Install note :

  • [*=1]Delete your old spoof if you have one installed
    [*=1]Download and install the package
    [*=1]Launch the application, choose the version of your CFW and then choose to enable or disable the spoof 4.66
    [*=1]Then put yes to two successive questions (yes to reboot, yes to Hard reboot).
    [*=1] Console restarts and ok.

Note : if you have a ps3 that does not restart correctly. No panic, just reinstall your CFW by the recovery mode.

it is said below 4.50 is not supported.. otherwise use SEN Enabler, it works for me on Rebug 4.46.1 Rex CEX and DEX mode ...

I made an update to add support 4.46 rebug if you want, no problem ;)

That would be great as it is the only firmware I use now. Took me a while but I have finally edited all the RCO and XML files to this firmware with no intention upon moving. I only use PS Store from time to time and thanks to bits and mention I even have the new 4.70 icons in Rebug red. Looking forward to this. Also you can find the firmware in our Dev section if needed.

Confirmed working on Rebug 4.46.1 REX Cobra Unofficial iNT firmware. This is the one with Cobra 7.03 not the hacked together version by haxxxen, not that his was bad but this one has the correct patches for full compatibility.

Does this work with cobra enables and no loss of EMU,
I had to update hashes for some reason with sen enabler to gain ps2/psp otherwise it wud shut down with any led on

The vsh.self used to spoof is that of Standard 4.46.1 REX this may be why the compatibility with the payload COBRA 7.03 is perhaps not fully operational.

This is normal, the spoof is scheduled for official release 4.46.1 Rebug REX. It is not intended for the use of the COBRA payload. To know that the connection to the PSN is only for PS3 games.

Why the vsh.self for 4.66 (with the spoof active) is 6.97 MB? The vsh.self included for all the other versions is aprox. 3 MB.

Isn't there plans to include a Spoofer for 4.46 Rogero + Cobra?

Yes Cobra is disabled when spoof is active. I just needed it to get online to get a new PS TV exploitable game that sony recently returned to PSN as I had been using a PSP Mini which isn't that great of an exploitable game. I removed right after as I had no furtheruse for it. But none the less it is spofed and allowing PSN access.

Install note :
