In HAN you cant modify the EBOOT.BIN
Some EBOOT.BIN contains several TITLE_ID (for all the world regions where was published the game)... and others doesnt (uses a different EBOOT.BIN for each region and inside it only appears the TITLE_ID for that region)
So it depends of which TITLE_ID are inside the EBOOT.BIN (from the DLC)
The other place where appears the TITLE_ID is inside the PARAM.SFO... this one is easy to change (and doesnt have any security, you can modify it without problems)
