can i return to previous cfw

Hello everyone,
i've got a ps3 slim running 4.70 cex darknet and when i open the system update i see my 4.50 fw can i return to it?

Why would you want to revert is the question. You lose the ability to natively play newer games. There is nothing to gain by reverting but yes you can go back as if your seeing that then you have system update debug enabled which allows seamless up and downgrading to CFW's via the dash bud.

Well after i updated my ps3 started to make a loud noise and freeze in about i don't really remember so yeah could i return and if not what are you on or recommend and thnx

First: Use a Downgrader
Second: Enable QA
Third: install any FW you want

He already has this done. This is why he sees his old firmware in the system update option. And yes multiMAN and IRIS forks all work up to 4.76 the latest firmware.

Ferrox 4.76 is out as well as Rebug 4.76 LITE as well. I would go with Rebug LITE myself as it is just a standard CFW with all the bells and whistles.
