Creator of the DARKNET brand of PlayStation 3 CFW developer darkjiros is back with an update to the Cinavia Protection Tool for v4.81 Support, this tool is needed for both DARKNET 4.81 Standard & Cobra Custom Firmware builds, as there was an issue in the encryption causing a "800299D2" error code to display (as pictured) when attempting to play your personal backups of your BD / DVD media. This tool solves this issue and relieves this bug present in v1.00 of both DARKNET flavors. . Also note this can be used on all 4.81 CEX Custom firmware to disable Cinavia Protection.

There was an error in encryption. So I made a new encryption and a pkg. Run pkg and choose remove to install and reboot the PS3.
