Fixes all freezing issues and all slowdown (besides some minor slowdown in Rikimaru intro) by disabling character shadows.
It seems this game has some problem syncing its two buffers together (very similar to the Melty Blood games?). This config stops some bytes being stored that cause the freezes. I went through lots of trial and error with this game, especially in the past couple of days. In the end, I really don't know why it is freezing, but this fixes it...this config should be tested more regardless.
Another thing to note: in the previously problematic levels (Rikimaru intro and mission 3, Ayame mission 9 and 10), the game would freeze and graphical corruption would happen. This config doesn't necessarily fix the corrupt graphics issue, and a flash of corruption can be seen for a split second. It isn't noticeable besides a quick frame and thinking, "Did something just happen? I don't know," but I thought I might mention it.
Another problematic gxemu game fixed. Wow, maybe a dozen or so broken gxemu games are now fixed on netemu...
