PS3 Compatibility List - PS2 on PS3

Wow. On pal issue is slightly different. I get no signal screen on my TV. Are you also get it? On NTSC-U game just freezes at "Chapter" screen.

Edit: I hate random issues really hard.
Yep. Actually is not freeze its the tv does not get any signal after the chapter screen. I played the PAL version because I did not find save state (after the chapter screen) for NTSC-U version to complete the game :) The save state after funeral scene on gamefaqs.com is PAL only :)
If there is no chance to fix the PAL version I get an NTSC version and try to reach the chapter 3 again as fast as I can :) So what would be kozarovv? :)

Are the slow downs in Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition and Soul Calibur 3 fixable? Both of the ones I tested are NTSC-U

Why you want to play Devil May Cry 3 PS2 version when we already have much better HD version for the PS3? I suggest the developers to fix those titles first which are not available on PS3.

@kozarovv Do you need the NTSC-US version save? Because if you need, I will start the game again from the start.

Actually it will be helpful. Now I can't dump memory when error occur because console "freeze". Btw. Is some kind of timing issue with cdvd read. On 2.20 gxemu (before sony fixed yakuza) solution to get past hanged loading ,was remove, and reinsert disc. But we obviously can't do this on netemu.

Ok. I will start a new game with US version and I can send you a save state before the freeze. It takes me 2 days to get there.

Awesome. Thanks.

For now I have nothing for EU version. I made few configs, but every time there was still random freeze or not (sometime even 5 times ok).
As I noticed the USA version is better :) Runs faster. So I drop the PAL version :)
Btw I follow your instruction (skip cutscenes, no item, enable the enemies to pick up a weapon) and I could go through the chapter 3 without freeze. But it will be useful a config for this USA version :) As I remember there is an another freezing scene in chapter 10 so I will continue the game to see if its true or not.

I tested RESIDENT EVIL DEAD AIM NTSC-U Version and It works completely fine, fully playable seeing as how that's one of the RE games missing on the list.

Also will the .hack/infection config work on .hack GU?

I tested taito legends japanese version and it works perfectly.. Some slow down sometimes but no other issue noticed.

I thought about crash twinsanity maybe the japanese version works? I tried 3 in 1 crash collection but it didnt work.. black screen.

I have such an idea and ask for this idea, would it be possible to write such a code or program such as "Autochecker & injector" Ps2 config. For example, would create a folder with a naive "configdatabase" on the hdd0 disk to which you could upload all config files in the form of "SLES_XXXXX" and when installing backup iso cobra would check the game ID and download config by name from this folder? Could one of the developers say anything?
