I don't know if US version has cutscene subtitles, the PAL does but maybe a difference, but all missing screens and captions when interacting are present now.

Do you know if ps3 ps2 virtual memory card saves would work with pcsx2? Im near the lockup during the basil mission in Steambot Chronicles and I can drop the save file for ya? if you're still interested.

Save files like that are always welcome, that's only way that me or @mrjaredbeta or anyone else can try to fix it.
About pcsx2, if you are on CFW, then just rename .VM2 to .ps2, and memory card will work in pcsx2. For HEN is little bit more complicated.

No problem. any idea how to fix the slowdown on Jet X2o since it seems to be linked to boost ramps appearing on screen during races.

Not really, i will look into it. But since i own nice library of ps2 games, but lack PS3 console i can't reproduce some issues if they not exist in pcsx2. Anyway i will try to do something with it.

0x0F fixes Basil bug! Unfortunately, I don't have wifi/ftp where I am now to quickly pinpoint the exact place in memory. It's somewhere in 0x00100000-0x01FFFFFF

I'll post a config when I find the problematic range though.

Fix Basil softlock paired with @kozarovv 's performance fix. I typed this all out on my phone so I there may be a typo lol. Anyways, great game, but sick of hearing Basil say "Dandelion!" like 30 times while testing.
