for ps4 version try use LUA config!
Yes i have same issues on ps3 but its playable, on PS4 looks like the emulator dosen't load the solid ground and walls correctly or something... maybe it needs a fixWell thanks @MadSaint1998 for find and @Agrippa for make that config! So @MadSaint1998 u have same issue as on video? Well it still much playble then on ps4

The internal resolution of the game is too high for PS3 to handle properly.

It's another Arc System game, same as Guilty Gear Isuka, at 512x472 60fps.What is the internal resolution of that game? The Dark Alliance engine games are known for their 2xSSAA anti-aliasing. Their performance on the netemu is not good according to the reports.
Hm, interesting. I didn't even know there was this separate in-battle game protection. I thought it was all out of battle.I have found a way to trigger the protection with a 100% probability. Since the in battle instructions are "GameGuard poisoned", according to the Maori, all you have to do is:
1. Start a new game.
2. Go to the Lost Forest.
3. Skip the battle tutorial.
4. During the first battle group your two units, the hint screen will appear.
5. Expect a freeze in about 60-120 seconds.
Gotcha. I just tested again on PCSX2, only enabling the codes before "after-battle" codes as well as shadows/filter disable, and still no freeze after battle. I will test on netemu sometime whenever I have the chance, but I think it should be the same (with the added 15% or so fail rate).Sorry, I was not clear. It should be like that:
4. During the first battle group your two units, the hint screen will appear.
5. Finish the battle and return to the 2D mode.
6. Expect a freeze in about 60-120 seconds.
Hmm...well, all I can really guess, assuming that the patches you made are correct, is that those methods just aren't viable with netemu. I transferred over the game into my current system with the config currently on the database, split into two groups in first battle, cleared it, and played through a bit through the Lost Forest and Royal Underground Path. I also let it sit in there for around 20 minutes with no issues. This was on the very first try as well as I found failure rate to be very low (maybe around 15% chance for freeze after first battle).But I experienced a 100% fail rate.

I tested it, the game improved a little, it kinda reminded me of the burnout 3 Alternative 1 slowdown fix CONFIG... can you try disabling blur or even bloom ? i will test and see if it does any even better difference. I also noticed the game on PS4 received few patches and now runs 100% full speedHmm...well, all I can really guess, assuming that the patches you made are correct, is that those methods just aren't viable with netemu. I have no doubt that your codes are correct. I guess netemu dislikes this game as much as this game dislikes cheating. It is very interesting that even patch engine doesn't work correctly with this game... Part of the reason I sought out to create a config for it was to avoid having to pre-patch the ISO in the first place, and now I guess that method didn't work out in the first place? So weird.
@MadSaint1998 Here you go:
I added the other known commands to help with speed. See if that helps even more/breaks the game. If not, that should be the best possible speed without disabling stuff.Code:3D 00 00 00 57 44 00 00 21 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 26 00 00 00 AC E5 23 00 24 E6 23 00 41 00 00 00 46 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

@mrjaredbeta can u make a config?
Can you give more detail? I didn't play them from beginning to end but they boot just fine. I'm in America and I usually don't add the PAL versions of games unless I have to and I have the PAL versions. I don't really remember but maybe those work and not USA.
Edit: you said ntsc so yeah most likely those dont work but pal do.
Can be ported to PS4, I think it should also workNeed for Speed: ProStreet (SLUS-21658)
Full speed fix by disabling overlay effect.Code:3D 00 00 00 57 44 00 00 0A 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 2C 7E 16 00 DA D4 05 0C 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Need for Speed: Undercover (SLUS-21801)
Another full speed fix. Second code disables the overlay while first code disables some check related to it to further speed up the game.Code:3D 00 00 00 57 44 00 00 0A 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 20 58 26 00 04 00 40 10 04 00 00 10 08 64 26 00 03 00 80 10 03 00 00 10 00 00 00 00
And there we have it. All PS2 NFS games should be playable on PS3 now!![]()
Definitely something with PS2 HDD support. I looked into it and it doesn't even show PS2 logo. I also tried installing PS2 System Data pkg and SOCOM's virtual partition but still does not boot.PAL version work flawlss,ntsc however doesn't boot,,it get stuck in black screen.
the wikia claim it works on slim,but it doesn't .
