PS3 Compatibility List - PS2 on PS3

Sorry for double post. I patched Dirge of Cerberus to allow main character to jump higher, but it doesn't help on pcsx2. I guess is like @mrjaredbeta said, and there is "suck in" mechanism (which really sucks here) that should trigger when you jump there. But sadly is still not doing that. Config just in case that maybe this automagically gonna work on ps3, which i highly doubt.

SLPM-66271 high jump cheat.
Code:
3d 00 00 00 11 11 00 00 0a 00 00 00 01 00 00 00
80 13 34 00 05 00 43 14 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

Note to aldo: Don't add that config to database. ;)

I have updated the configs with the disable smoothing command as the smoothing causes ghosting and frame rate problems.
thanks for the configs.
i was curious to know how you got on doing the dragon flute bit.there's no way i can play all four tunes using a PS3 (sony original)joypad after an hour plus trying but did each tune first time when i transfer the save to my PS2 and do it on that with a PS2 joypad.could that be corrected with a config? the rest of the game plays spot on,just some wobbly backgrounds in some dungeons.

I corrected that a month or so back with the discovery of pressure sensitivity enabling via config. This current config (on database now) will play the Dragon Flute song fine.

Seems like FIFA 2004 has the exact same issue, at least in (SLES-51964) that I tested. Does anyone know how to fix the texture flickering here?

Updated config and ported to PAL. Does the same stuff, just more neatly.

Strawberry Shortcake: The Sweet Dreams Game (SLUS-21497 NTSC-U/C; ISO backup) works via COBRA, though I've only tested the first two levels. Widescreen option in ManaGunz doesn't work on my end, though arapapa at the PCSX2 forums did make a patch file for said game which may be adapted for PS3.

Fixed frame rate by disabling the shadows. NTSC-J version untested. Original codes found by Maori-Jigglypuff. Some small glitches are still present. First of all, similarly to the PS4, camera after the battle is not positioned on the characters. Second, I have noticed a small glitch with the Jack's clothes at the end of the first meeting in the Ganz room with Ridley. And the last but not least, there is a static noise popping at the beginning of the new game's intro (similar to the VP2 Lost Forest one, probably caused by the A/V sync and skipping samples).

Fixes camera positioning on battle results screen and improves audio popping on opening movie. An odd side effect of the config is the camera bug is fixed on the second battle onward. After that, all consecutive battles will be fixed. New game with config didn't show any camera glitch at all (probably since first battle doesn't have an ending camera/battle results). I also didn't see any clothes glitch with either config. ;)

There is a typo in the first code. The correct game id is SLUS-21262
