Thank you so much.The PAL GX config that was created by $ony is bugged and uses the NTSC-U's disc offsets instead of the correct ones for PAL. @Agrippa discovered this a while back and made a proper fix for it as a CUSTOM config, and it is included in the database here:
I have attached it to this post for an easy download. Just unzip and rename to your ISO. Or select it when creating your PKG with PS2 Classics GUI.

The PS2 classics GUI doesn't download the config automatically. It is responsibility of the user to provide the correct CONFIG.@aldostools didnt ps2 classic gui download automatically the latest config files from the server when launching the app?
What is the preffered order on the configs to try on a non-bc console ? CUSTOM is preferrable if it exists ?
Does it still work if the game gets a widescreen patch applied on the ISO ?
