PS3 Custom PSN Logo for HEN & CFW

Hello everyone,

I customized the HEN and PS3XPLOIT logos into the PSN logo for the XMB.


(They look better irl)

*ALWAYS BACKUP FILES YOU ARE GOING TO OVERWRITE!*
*IM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS*
*IF YOU ARE NEW, PLEASE DON'T TRY THIS, OR AT LEAST BE VERY CAREFUL*

Installation is pretty straight forward, you will need:

-Multiman or FileZilla to transfer the files
-HEN Logo rco or PS3XPLOIT Logo rco
-If you use Multiman you need a FAT32 USB

Note:
I always allowed write access to dev_flash through multiman! If it doesn't work for you, then this is your fix!

Once you are ready, place the xmb_plugin_normal.rco in the root of your USB (no need for USB if you are going to use FileZilla) and transfer it to:
HEN user: dev_rewrite/vsh/resource and replace the file there
CFW user: dev_blind/vsh/resource or dev_rebug/vsh/resource and replace the file there

you can probably do that yourself if you want. just have rco mage or rco mage mod convert gim to png, then replace the icon.

for the easiest way, use rco mage gui, which is buried in there. also, remember to use zlib compression when recompiling the rco.
