This is Webman Mod problem. Modification is required.

Fixed on webMAN MOD 1.34.04. It was renaming ps2_netemu.self to ps2_netemu.self.tmp instead of "ps2_netemu.tmp".

- Fixed a bug swapping PS2 emus
- Added IP filter when remote access to FTP/WWW services is disabled. So only the local IP and the specified remote IP are allowed when the "bind" flag is enabled. Partial IP mask can be used.
- Added missing /CLOSEFILE when remote PARAM.SFO is cached
- IP for nethost #1 and IP filter are auto-filled when the option is not check marked. It also shows your remote IP
- Added option to read external .SFO from ISO
- /index.ps3 now can be accessed while it is scanning for content. Previous versions returned a "server is busy" error.

Thank you for modification. aldostools :)

The EBOOT.BIN of the updater now is signed with new self-ctrl-flags / self-cap-flags.
I hope that this change helps to fix the restart issue caused by the new stage2. If someone could test it, please let us know.

These are the new flags in the make file.
SCETOOL_FLAGS += --self-ctrl-flags 4000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000002
SCETOOL_FLAGS += --self-cap-flags 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000007B0000000100000000

sort of and will be more so on later releases.

it's difficult and requires customization of how the game is booted.

i might have to use that as a curse replacement...."what the silent hill origins is wrong with you?!"

no games of the cube variety work on the ps3 unless re-released through SEN.

darkjiros,

I have a strange thing with my CECHL and your 1.01 or 1.02:
When I shutdown normally the console via the XMB, then power on, the fan start at full speed. :(
When I shut down or restart via webMAN or multiman, I have not this issue.
It is not due to my temperatures (always arround 60°C with 26% fan) or the webMAN fan settings.
I formated the drive (so, no more webman), same issue. Re-installed the firmaware, same.
So, I shutdowned via the XMB, unplug/replug the power cable, then power on, the fan started normally.

Do you have an idea?

Thx.

Edit : maybe the /dev_hdd0/tmp/turnoff file make troubles?
It seems genereted by webman and not deleted. aldostools may also help?

Thx
