I have using CFW 4.86, after install when open games but black screen.

Can advise how to solve this problem?

every time i run a game for neogeo from the usb the emulator crash and turn to the xmb.
where i have to put the games on the hdd or how can i run the games from the usb.

It is more likely that the problem is the version of the images. However try to put them in a folder of the HD and give it a try.

Tested both Street Fighter Alpha and its clone Street Fighter Zero. They work.
Your problem should be the correct rom set.
Open your sfa.zip and sfza.zip roms with winrar and check names and CRCs with those:

I have a PS3 Super Slim with HEN and it works perfectly for me.
If the rom files are not correct then it really crashes everything but as long as the rom files are correct it works perfectly. Very nice program, thanks!
The only issue I see is if I play e.g. PacMan then the top and bottom of the screen is missing. It does not scale the picture to match the resolution of the screen it seems like.

That might have something to do with pacman being a vertical screen game, like donkey kong

Hello again, I already tried NeoGeo, CPS1, CPS2 and TAITO and they all send me a black screen, the only game that works for me is the one that comes included with the emulator that I suppose is MAME125, I asked if it only happens to me ? I have tried them all from USB and HDD.

Im new to this world of retroemu, Ive been reading about it all the last week, I have a question that must be dumb. What´s room set would be better to use with FB Neo RL+ 2.0? Ive downloaded:
-0.78, or should I use mame 2003+?;
-0.106;
-Couldnt find 0.125;
-Now Im downloading the last pack (0.221) to do a rollback (Gonna need read a lot to learn the process) if needed.

My last doubt is, Any rom set below 0.125 is ok to use or Should I use exactly 0.125?

Sorry for all the questions, I read a lot of topics but couldnt figure it out, if there is a topic talking about it, pls send me the link!

FBneo (main core) works with mame romset 0.2xx (there isn't a precise corresponding version). So 0.221 is very good.
But there are some subsystem that doesn't work with fbneo or fbneo for PS3, so i have added a secondary core to play some of these roms (Midway or Sega 32 arcades, for example). That is Mame125 by Ole (modded a bit by me), with a limitation.... you have to put correct roms from that rom set (mame 0.125) in a folder named MAME125 and then you select that folder in the Options.
