Gta iv pink house mod installed but not working

I have the GTA IV Complete Package PS3 game. Followed video to do the Mod but can't get the mod menu up. Have Rebug 4.78 CFW...My feeling is the Mod is for the GTA IV by itself, not for the complete package?
Any help would be appreciated.

I never used this kind of mods, but from things that i read three things are needed. CCAPI/PS3MAPI or similar, DEX mode, and selected version of update. eg. Mod for GTA 4 v1.01 will not work on GTA4 v1.02. So problem can be that you purchased complete edition. Best is to ask mod developer for requirements.
