I've had this error before, and I thought it was because it won't copy over large files, but I looked around and apparently it's due to having a long file name and file structure.
What does your current file structure look like for games? Example (G:/folder/folder files/ file.iso)
Thanks for the rescue man!
I'm now inside irisman and on the right side it says: ntfs0:/PS3ISO
and on the left side, it says: /dev_hdd0/PS3ISO
I'm trying to transfer the last of us into the internal PS3ISO folder using multiman
The full name of the iso is: The Last of Us [BCUS98174].iso
Anticipating your response!
Edit: I renamed the iso from The Last of Us [BCUS98174].iso to just The Last of Us.iso, I'm doing the transfer now, to see if it will work.
Edit 2: Can you also use pen drives over 1tb to store and play your backups? I have another pen drive here which is over 1tb and I'm thinking of using it instead of this external hard drive which has very limited space. I was gonna use it for work purposes but since I'm still quarantined, I think I'll just use it for the ps3 if it's possible. What are the pros and cons of using a pen drive compared to using an external hard drive?
Edit 3: It still did not work despite renaming the file. Still got the copy error when it hit the 20% mark
