the custom folder is usually the one mentioned on the compatability list. the other may work too.

some games mention "tony hawk" fix. i know i used this for "Gun". it is for general graphics problems. just find a config for any tony hawk game (for your discs region i.e. ntsc or pal) and rename the config to the new game title id.

Im on Cobra Rebug 4.81 using webman mod 1.47.21
I installed the PS2CONFIG file coro showed me, it deblocked my PS2 Freedom Fighter game. (thanks GOD & Coro!)

what i need to do now for MAFIA and SYPHON FILTER Dark Mirror

I have a very good question here , WHERE theses pkg file go inside my HDD ?
I would REALLY like to see trace of what i install to see if i have double-triple of the same that i could erase and more importanly , need to know they are in case i erase webman mod to maybe install a better version later , need to know where they are , all theses config files.... please

Why don't you try ManaGunZ? It's an all-in-one backup manager, but manages the ps2 config files. Spend some time and research about it to understand how it works.

Like irisman is used for psx games better, this is for ps2 games.

Several guys told me to try having the LESS homebrews possible installed in my console.
to this day , webman manage everything i have in a very convenient way , I had to use irisman ONLY for PAL PS1 iso...

...but i could give it a try

Bucanero , if all my 104 PS2 iso are already installed in my PS2ISO folder in multiman , it is too late to install Managunz ?
did this homebrews will able to manage my PS2 iso where they are actually without issue ? in your opinion / experience...

yeah it will find them. i would have recommened managunz earlier but ive never used it and forgot about it. i wouldnt worry about having "too many installed" for most things. BUT only one thing to control fan (webmab does it for you now). one thing for "spoofing"/psn access at a time also.

Works from version 1.47.12 and it reads the code from the iso itself, so you don't have to rename anything. Also note that we had some issues with ps2 config files on ferrox 4.84 version, but it's fixed on 4.85. So almost ant cfw with cobra 7.5 and above should work with config files, webman mod .12+ and ps2config add-on.

It is recommended to use the latest version of webMAN MOD: https://github.com/aldostools/webMAN-MOD/releases/download/1.47.26/webMAN_MOD_1.47.26_Installer.pkg

Make sure the PS1 ISO game(s) is in the PSXISO folder.

On XMB press SELECT+L3 to refresh XML.

Note: Load games from webMAN, not from the manager.

yes, there shouldn't be an issue, you can leave your .iso's in the PS2ISO folder and the apps will detect it.

I don't use my PS3 for PS2 games, but in any case, as an example: I use Irisman, multiMan, and webman Mod regularly without issues.

Thanks Coro , just to be sure. Did i still need to enter this pkg even if i install the latest Webman MOD installer version 1.47.36 ??

EDIT : what happen technically speaking "IF" i install Webman Mod 1.47.36 AND I install this pkg later ?

Did it will raise any chance to give console troubles/freezing etc ?!
I want to truly understand what happen technically if i proceed something like that just to know.

Did the pkg will override something config in webman ?!?
