PS3 how to use config files on ps2 games?

Yeah I get something weird when I make it an ISO.BIN.ENC saying that "Warning: fast cwd" or something similar but no problem making it a PKG
This warning is normal. Did app asked to add config file? Can you check in pkg that CONFIG file exist? Use pkgview for that. If config exist, then something goes wrong with encryption, or resign.

It's not in there.
Not sure what is going on.
I even clicked on the right CONFIG file.

Maybe config was in folder with spaces, or unusual signs. Try make pkg again with config placed in some "easy" path. Ps2classic GUI is internally use apps that don't like complicated paths in windows. Also ()=, etc in file name can brake pkg making.

I'll give it a shot.

Should I take config file out of that folder then?

If pkg with my config not work then it mean that you not loaded config. When running TotA push PS button, and in displayed menu:

Push : Left on d -pad, L1, R1, Square for ~10 seconds. Release all buttons now and fast push start. Menu should change, and you should see at top "Config Revision: 15717". If there is empty space then config is not loaded, or you not use my config.

Hi @kozarovv

Didn't know I can access to that config menu (today is my first day with all this things about PS2 Classic Gui and config files), and I have two questions:

It that menu there are some options (four in LOTR The Two Towers: L2H improvement, Force flip field, Vsync delay and Xor csr), but...

1- There is any link for a tutorial o page to know what those options means and do, and how to use them correctly?

2- The second question is that in the config menu, It says "Start: save to file", and I saved, but when I restarted the game, all changes disapeared and values are set to default. So... What that "save to file" means? Everytime I boot the game I must chance those settings again?

(Actually, using the config file, without changing any config setting, when I build the PKG, It fixed the non existing walls issue that I experiment in this game (The Two Towers) the first time I installed It without config file, so thanks guys for all this cool tools and fixes!!).

Thanks in advance.

I'm really confused.. I've downloaded PS2 Classic gui, but how can I use configs now? I don't see a option for that anywhere
