I don't know if this allowed but I am looking for a complete backup of the IBM CELL SDK 3.1 as referred to in this document https://www.psdevwiki.com/ps3/Cell_Programming_IBM. This page contains links that are all dead now, and appears to be very difficult to get a hold of these downloads.

Redistributing the IBM cell sdk is OK, it's only the s#ny sdk releases that are under paid license.

You should be able to find the IBM files quite easily though, they are hosted in various places, on http or ftp.
