PS3 Keeping temps low in a CECHGxx

I did clean the vrams and applied new paste.

Temps are equal between RSX and CPU at around 64-65 with 35% fan speed.

But then the temperatures still go above 69 and RSX stays in 70 with 95% fan in GOW3

@sandungas : That stuff is NOT 'from loctite', but from 'Henkel'!!!

'loctite' is a trademark of Henkel...
(Isn't it obvious? Like 'lock tight'...)
...like Windows is a trademark of Microsoft... would you say 'made by Windows'? :P

They (Henkel) do various stuff, from washing-powder to 'Great-Wall-Reconstruction' (see 'Mu tian yu', North of Beijing), lol!

The most famous loctite product here in spain is the "superglue"... this is what made me think about how strong it was the product mentioned by littlebalup :D

I know, this big companies makes lot of products... lets say it was a humoristic way to point finger to the strenght of the "glue" used in RSX VRAMS
My point is you should never use a very strong glue because eventually you will regret (because is imposible to unstick it)

I agree on the general suggestion/premise of not using too strong glue.

I just saw something wrong and had to correct it.

Oh... About the picture... Now law has been broken. Copyright and courtesy of TnA, when I went to China and Japan in April 2015 (during spring... Cherry-trees in rose and almond and so on in pink.).

i'll ask again:

why would you want to glue IHS again?evetually anybody will need to remove it again, and ps3 isn't very movable machine either,so there's no reason to be afraid it will move let alone slip.

Because if you dont stick them is like making a cake with a layer of cream, another layer of metal, another of cream, another of metal, etc...
And when is ready you need to press on top of it and the layers of metal could slide out XD
