im looking at a ps3 it has firmware 3.54 if you can tell me if it can be jailbroken and the places here to get it up and running with all the latest stuff so i can put my games on large usb drive and to play from and able to play my burned games on thanks to you all yes im a newbe haha and ive looked manny places and get very overwelming some say yes other no so well lets see eh lol i think i put my other messange in wrong spot sorry

You sure it's 3.54? You might double check.. There was no 3.54 ofw

i havnt checked he just told me its under 3.54 i dont have in my hands i want to know if you can with anything with that or under thanks for the reply
 
If is 3.55 then you can go straght to your favorite cfw. Just remeber to remove bd before update. If you install any ofw higher than 3.55 you lost ability to install cfw.
