Need help downgrading COK-002

well Joonie i have no errors with the ecc anymore my dumps are fine but i think its the patching process i get it wrong because when i use two different software for patching like flowrebuilder and PS3 PlayStation 3 Flash Tool v4.0 Public Release i dont get identical patches (using Automatic patch raw nand flash using PlayStation 3 Flash Tool v4.0 Public Release) , but only if i used PlayStation 3 Flash Tool v4.0 Public Release Unscramble and then Scramble i get identical flashes compared to other software (Flowrebuilder).

and what if you i send my dumps you can verify and patch them for me if you dont mind .

you can send me your "UNPATCHED" dumps that don't have any ECC errors, but I don't know if I could fix it for you, go ahead

thanks Jonnie i will try your patches but if it didnot work i think i am gonna switch to progskeet 1.0 instead of Teensy++2.

so i was wondering if you have a diagram progskeet 1.0 to tsop48 ?

If nothing works, flash your original dump to see if it boots, if that fails also, you have a problem with hw, often caused by missing caps near nand flash (microscope recommended to compare it with working mobo) or rsx that has cold solder joints or weaken which likely requires reflowing or reballing

i did flashed original way back ago but nothing changed i change the method from teensy to progskeet1.0 >tsop48 if you have a diagram please post it here thanks .

I seriously doubt Progskeet will fix your problem at this point.

however I do not have the diagram

if you flashed ur original NAND and sure it is 100% identical and the PS3 still does not work, then it is sure a HW issue now

well then i think its because i sent my original dumps to many users and they all said you are dumps are fine .

and yea i flashed the original with the same results .

i have a last hope which is to flash the patched that made by Jonnie and see the results if it fail again then yea its a hardware issue .

So your setup/connection is wrong, if per console regions are correct then maybe someone can help you. If no then you simple can't fix that ps3 as you don't have good dump. First thing is fixing your solders or mount better your clip. When you get same dump as you flashed (you need to try flash again as now connection is bad and flashed dump is also messed up) then maybe something can be done to fix that PS3.

i compared patched that made by Joonie and they dont match in the hxd

I think u missunderstand what they are asking u to do is,,
Flash the ps3 then drop the dump that u have just flashed in HxD then do a backup of nand on ps3 then also drop that in HxD then if u do ctl+k it will compare the to files if they are not identical then it is not writing to nand properly mayby cold solder or clip whatever used

i am gonna check all connection again and pins out from tsop48 to teensy++2 again and dump again and gonna check the results

here is the screen shot so does that mean everything is correct right ? nothing wrong with my connection and pins out ? or that screen doesnt tell that ?

Ok Joonie patched the dump for me then i flashed it ,and then i made a dump again to check if it was correctly flashed and then i compared to Jonnie patched flash and then they didnot match is that what do you mean ? or you mean to compare the original nand that i dumped in the first and then the dumped that i just flashed ?

Yeah this is correct procedure to check your connection. You need to try fix connection then flash dump again, and then read it again. If they are 100% match then connection is ok and we can move to next step.
