Forgot to mention this to you

@Skiller already knows, but I got some bad luck with best buy recently.
First off, I order the Lucina re-release. Everything is fine but her sword is rather "limp" shall I say.
Second was the Captain Falcon fiasco. First they sent it in a bubbled plastic envelope. They obviously had to bend the top to make it fit. I called customer service and gave them the order number and they told me there would be some where on the label that I could fill out to make sure they replace it with a perfect copy... which turned out to basically be a lie. So I ended up just returning it to the store.
Then I wanted to order another one, but I wanted to make sure it would come in a box. I ended up having the strangest experience when I called customer service. First couple of tries to reach an actual person to discuss the matter I got stuck in a loop and had to hang up. By the third time I was so flabbergasted the machine/robot basically said it couldn't understand me and would patch me through to a person. Went to the person, tried to explain what I wanted... then they hung up. I had to call back two more times before I got through the menus and to another person. And they said I had to order it first and then they could do that. So I ordered it and called back and talked to a different department which flat out said there is nothing they could do.
Well... ended up getting it and you should have seen this box it was in. every seemed taped tight. I was thinking wow, maybe they did do something. Wishful thinking... the amiibo is self had been slightly beaten up before even put in the box.
