Nintendo amiibo Talk

I got the Animal Crossing game in the mail in order to get those two amiibos included with it. the box was crushed, so I'm gonna try to return it. I might've kept it if the amiibos were in a separate, unscathed box, but they're not. they just have a small piece of plastic over them. this is the worst part about collecting amiibos - them arriving in damaged boxes.

ya there not in a Sealed box the 2 with the game i found that odd since every other one that come with a game did. they could have easily made a special 2 pack for them..

but then again the Chibi is in a different box to it don't have the Top cardboard. just a tab that says Chibi robo :P

now, we'll just have to ask our wives/gf's if we can have a playdate. Skiller: "y is Mario humping yoshi." pinky: "he's riding him! the Mario amiibo's legs don't move!"
 
I'll post a photo of Mega Yoshi. if I had some, I'd post a photo of Mega Yoshi versus some army men like he's godzilla or king kong. and, with him boxed, he looks more menacing. he has his own protective shield.

[MENTION=3657]pinky[/MENTION] I just picked up Yoshi's Wolly World with the Green Yarn Yoshi amiibo. I played a few levels last night and had a pretty good time. Thanks for recommending that game to me.

The Yarn Yoshi looks pretty cool... I have not taken him out of the box though, still wondering if I will. From some videos I have seen though, that Mega Yarn Yoshi looks pretty bad ass.
 
wooly world isn't a hard game, but it's fun as hell trying to collect everything. that can be difficult actually. there's a bonus stage in each world if u get all of the star flowers. those can be challenging. right now, I'm in world 6 trying to collect everything. the game is adorable as hell too. yoshi kinda reminds me of my labrador. he was the runt of his litter, so he's about half the size of a normal lab. ten years old and he still looks like a puppy. whenever yoshi flutters after beating a boss, I imagine my dog doing that. way too CUTE!
 
ya me and my little one was playing that Yoshi games when it come out :) its fun its nice when u load it up with Amiibo characters to .. Amiiqo is a nice little device ..

FYI send me your Mega :P
cant find them any were in Canada
 
I have every collectible/max health up to the final stage which I haven't beaten yet. the game is cute as hell to say the least. I haven't played the game with any amiibos though. I'm not even sure what amiibos do in the game.

I can't. I had to pay around $70 for it which is ridiculous. I'm going to have to rebuy the Animal Crossing game since the one I was sent had a majorly creased box. I need to check if I'm missing any amiibos now. there r just too many and the cards make it almost impossible to collect all of 'em. they'll probably start making pokemon amiibo cards next.
 
I got to the final bonus level of wooly world last night. it doesn't mess around either. "the wonderful world of wool" (check it out on youtube) is a pain in the ass. I haven't beaten it yet. aside from that, I just need full health for bowser's castle, and I will have beaten the game 100%.

note that if u want to play the animal crossing game u need to use amiibos :( this is why i think they did not put the 2 with the game in a normal Amiibo case .

Kind of lame that you cannot get those two amiibo in a case. Really lame actually.

But aside from that... are you trying to tell me there are actually those who would want to play that new animal crossing game?!?!?!

My little one like them kinda Puzzle games but shes 6 :P
 
I had to send that Animal Crossing game back, 'cause it looked like someone had sat on it. ...but I can confirm the amiibos r just in a plastic sheath rather than a normal amiibo box.

That is how my Rosalina looks, but I never sent her back. I got her off of ebay and didn't care too much that the package was bent in a couple of places. I mean, I cared a little bit, but not enough to hassle myself with a return and buying her all over again.

I still need that Lucina... I was really hoping she would have made it back with the current re-releases. I suppose I better hit up ebay sooner than later, right guys?

the odd thing is the prices are seeming to hit a fixed point and alot of people are thinking probably there going to get stuck with them so prices seem to be getting better ..
 
yes, indeed. I need to buy the last amiibos. on a side note, I beat wooly world 100% tonight. ;) the main bonus stage isn't that hard if u learn the patterns of each section. the last thing I completed was full health on bowser's second form. I jumped over the save flower to gain an added turn, but I didn't need it. he's not a hard boss, but u can mess up pretty easily.
