Oh.. I bought 2 (1 regular + 1limited) for a total of ~50$, shipping, taxes and vat included.

A used PS3 is about 150-200$ here.
 
Wow, I bought a couple of ps3s for ~30€ each here in Germany xD
Some even with a working bd drive.
Usually they are at about 50€, but if you take your time you might be lucky to find cheaper ones ;)

Ye thats wha i mean and e3 flashers are 20-50€, sooo no difference xD

since e3 flashers can be reused, it might be cheaper to send the console to someone who can do it for you. I don't really know how it is in Germany though. it might end up being expensive. however, this day in age, the most prudent course if you brick would be to buy a new ps3 or used technically. :D

I've tested it already, there is no risk. I could use normal game, without homebrew. Give test try on your PS3 CFW, or just buy new PS3 CFW after test.

Ok so i started with installing 4.82 two times. Now im confused how to dump my ps4 nor. Do i have to put the flash_482.hex in the root of my usb and then start dumping? And then afterwards take a fresh flash_482.hex and write the memory?

Also which rebug cfw shud i get? REX Edition or D-REX Edition?

Ok. Nvm i did the dumping part. I got a 16mb dump.hex bow which i save in a save spot. Now where do i have to put that clean flash_482.hex at? In the root of my usb?

Ok, i successfully installed rebug now.
It was quite easy. I used the ps3xploit webhosting site instead of setting up my own webserver.

What are some basic must-have pkg's i should get?

Backup manager(s) i.e. WebmanMod, sMan, irisman, ManaGunZ etc etc..

The best thing to do, is to try each one out, and see whichever fits you better.

I just downloaded psnPatch from the resources on this site. Do i just launch it? And what do u mean by also download the plugin? Are there 2 different plugins?
