(Obsolete) How do I make my own thread?

Look for "Post New Thread" at desired section:

Also you may want to visit more PS2 resources:

you may need 10 posts to make a new thread. it's to prevent spam, which we used to have a lot of.

Admin Edit: You can create a new post or thread at anytime. New user's post will be moderated. but no restrictions on how they post, in existing thread or a new thread

Hey there, I'm new, and I don't see "Post New Thread" anywhere on any of the screens. I've looked through a lot of it and this is the most that I can do, reply to someone elses post. I'd love to start a new thread though, I've got a guide that I put together with some file links that are very useful. Could somone possibly walk me through, from the home screen, where exactly I need to go to start my own thread? I would appreciate any help at all. Thanks in advance.

It should be almost at the top of the right corner:

Can you make a screenshot of e.g. the Help & Support section in the General PS2 Discussion?

Thank you, that makes sense. I don't have a ton of time to be on the site and I spend most of my free time working on the PS3s. I know most of the answers to questions about them so when I come here to post, it's usually on a topic that I just can't find an answer to so.... that's why I don't have many posts haha.
 
Too bad, wanted to ask about not working webman command and i researched a lot myself. In this situation you force people to make 10 totally nonsense posts just to make a topic but i understand the reason.

Does anyone know how I can publish a post, since I need help with a ps3 game that does not run from an external hard drive but from the internal hard drive of the ps3

Just have to hit the button, i double checked your permissions and you should be able to.
I even tested the permissions with admin tools and you have the option.
