Miniweb doesn't work for me so i need to use the website exploit method, however they all seem to be down e.g redthetrainer

I have a PS3 slim 2000A so yeah it's compatible. I've been inactive from the scene for a while so not sure what benefits HEN provides? Regular Rebug CFW will be fine for now. And wow that's a long video, i'll watch it tonight

If you have CFW already then HEN is of no added benefit to you. You can save yourself the time watching the video as your PS3 is (I assume by your post) already on Rebug CFW.

In the interim we have SPY updated for 4.85 which so far is a pretty great COBRA enabled CFW. I'd recommend flashing that until more options release.

Yep, I normally record my videos in advance and get them edited then put up later. The other videos I've done I normally link to the latest PSX-Place CFW thread and have a firmware that I myself pick for the video, but state you can use any CEX CFW available on at minimum the same equivalent firmware version. I was going to link to SPY CFW independently while this page was being updated, but since it now has a live CFW link available I've been keeping this one posted. Either way, when people have been asking I've been directing them here and saying that SPY is available and works well.

We removed Overflow (violation of site rules) we are not suggesting you blacklist it or anything like that, That would be an independent decision for yourself to make, but when you do a video and are instructing people to come here and are showing a thread we have edited almost a week prior to your video being released and removed the CFW your telling people to get it here and its not here and being asked about something that we had removed a week ago.. . Creates some unneeded confusion for your viewers and us here and also in our inboxes Then we seen things like here for an example .. Not suggesting you to remove the video or anything, but an oversight that will leave viewer with questions rather then answer's on this step and its the forum and site here that have to answer those .

For OP's sake I don't want to detail or hijack a thread further from the original issue, but noted @STLcardsWS. Sorry for any confusion that's caused, I know the main post will be updated frequently but presenting an older version of it can be confusing.

If anything for that post though, might I recommend removing the referenced crossed out firmware options outright? I know many people, not even viewers of any video I've made, are confused when checking out the referenced post and seeing all the Overflow options struck through.
