THX slimica due to this database BB8A061F2D6882EBD5F7BE832DB88890 is correct, but i have some echo that version is broken, anyway is safe to try i think. concretecork your link is (not link file) is password protected.
darekspy Write more about that cfw then we test it. Hope is not based on someone other work. If is based like SPY cobra FW on Alexander work then say it, is no problem if you working on his work if you mention this. Until source is free is ok if you mention this in release note. If you have language barrier problem feel free to write pm to me in your native language i translate it ;)
Oh yeah that mirror is from my mirror thread.

When he asking or talking about hybrid, he mean is cobra firmware. Google translate, that's all. Your cfw was tested on NAND console?
darekspy i added warning to your post, about nand consoles.

Good question i unpacked both and eboot.bin have different md5 and size. I also have some other standalone qa that is smaller that both mentioned here. Is only on my hdd :) Google can't find this md5 :)

Anyway, habib can you help here? I heard that brewology version is broken, but i can't test it. Do you have any md5 of pkg or eboot? PS. if you are still on holiday then of course you can't answer now.

I think it was updated on brewlogy, i cant verify md5 myself as im on holidays but ps3hax has it on their frontpage news of qa and even psx-scene if im not wrong

Btw a news:

About Habib's standalone qa pkg....someone could confirm if MD5: BB8A061F2D6882EBD5F7BE832DB88890 is right?
I knew that the MD5 of "QA Toggle 4.21+ standalone pkg" it was 9620E68506D9BF50286AF438587752D5...I'm a bit confused about this

Apparently I have been using the older one since release, and never realized there was a newer version. @hekel pointed it out to me the other day. I guess I missed the update post, and never had a problem with the older one that I posted the link to.

The qa toggle with md5 9620e68506d9bf50286af438587752d5, does the same thing as the one with md5 bb8a061f2d6882ebd5f7be832db88890. After toggling, and trying to downgrade from XMB (without rebooting) gives a corrupt data error code.

But if the PS3 is rebooted after toggling, downgrading from XMB works fine. Probably should just recommend downgrading from recovery anyway.

I am not sure what the difference is. Or who was complaining that the old one didn't work. Because they seem to do the exact same thing for me. LOL. The old one has worked fine for me since I first started using it, and added it to my downgrade guide.

habib, do you recall what the problem was, as to why it needed to be changed? Maybe it has to do with NAND models? Since I don't mess with NAND models very often, I could see why I wouldn't notice. The NAND models I downgrade every now and then, I always use FSM Method. So I use rebug qa toggle on 3.55 for those.

Good job. playerkp420

FYI English.xml is US English, and unknown0x12 is UK English. So after that you probably gonna have problem with different that English languages.

How is that? When I mod just English it doesn't show up for me? I have to edit the unknown one to see results. I have a region 1 PS3 and language isn't set the UK English.

Reboot after qa is HIGHLY recommended or else you will run into stability issue UNLESS you reboot.
Some of the probs would be:
1.trophy error
2.sc11 corrupted and maybe even peek/poke
3.corrupted data etc

These errors are fixed only after reboot.

There were 4 qa toggle pkgs:
1.qa for 4.65 only but qa couldnt be done on consoles which werent flagged before(bug)
2.qa for fw independant but still couldnt be toggled on consoles which werent qa flagged before
3.qa for 4.65 with no error etc
4.qa fw independant with no shit whatsoever

2 updates were done to habib toolbox regarding qa for 4.65 as well

Me too but for PS4.... just saying Lulz. Seriously though. Where in the world are you and how much do they cost there? Surely you can pick one up cheapish.

Where do you live you can't get a PS4 cheapish? I just got another last week. Paid $70 for one (even came with my second PSTV, but this one is on 3.52 so PSN access now for my Vita/PSTV and using the memory card swap trick I can grab new content for my 3.20/3.36 systems and use the memory card from the 3.52 for both without a format nag) with Broken HDMI port. Purchased Sony's three year warranty from PSN and got it for a total of $130 with a three year warranty. Buy broken, then buy warranty and get it fixed.

My buddy bought a broken one (this isn't exactly legal BTW LOL) and went to Walmart and bought a new one. Photocopied the receipt then took it back to Walmart. He then phoned up Sony and got it repaired and back to him in a week. Had a total of $50 he spent on the broken one invested. Sony even tossed in a new one year warranty and 3 months of PSN+.

My way is 100% legal and legit though I don't really see how the other way is illegal as he jsit got the proof of purchase Sony needs for repair. He didn't swap systems and return broken one.

I was referring to PS3's been cheepish in some countries. Not PS4. A PS4 here is +-$500, 12GB PS3 slim +-$233, 500GB PS3 +-$296
