PS3 Problems with Trueancestor EDAT Rebuilder (WARNING: Couldn't compute FAST_CWD pointer.)

I've been having this problem recently with EDAT Rebuilder, I'm trying to decrypt some EDAT files from Sonic Unleashed but I keep getting this:

3 (or 2) [main] rap2rifkey 5432 find_fast_cwd: WARNING: Couldn't compute FAST_CWD pointer. Please report this problem to the public mailing list cygwin cygwin com.

I tried to look for the problem in Cigwin's github and in their page as well, but I wasn't able to solve the problem.
This happends when I try to encrypt files as well.

I have the game data and the RAP file, also tried with the rap bundled in the SU Mod Toolbox, didn't work either.

And I'm not sure if the error comes from EDAT Rebuilder itself, I tried searching for the problem and it looks like is has something to do with the program which it was made (Cigwin).

Also tried to execute EDAT Rebuilder with Cigwin itself and didn't work as well.
