PS3 PS2 game covers not showing up on Webman

If there are too many games in other categories (e.g. PSX or PS3) or if the covers are too big, the covers could stop showing due lack of XMB memory. I recommend to include the title id in the file of the ISO and and install the covers pack for ps1/ps2. The images are low resolution to save memory on XMB.

Personally in my situation , zero PSX or PS3 games was installed (both iso are on usb stick (PSX) and External HDD (PS3)
with ZERO PS3 game programs installed to play them (I dont know the name for theses in english , its when you start any PS3 and the game install an approximatelly between 1gb to 4 gb part of the game to be able to ready the disc or iso)

So my PS2 1TB was completely empty (aside mmcm / webman mod and 100 PS2 ISO All named EXACTLY like their ISOs counterparts!)

only approximatelly 25-30 of the 100 appeared , even with the PS3 Memory raised to MAX setting.

the only method that worked for me to show the covers even with different approach suggested by members was to ERASE the /psx folder in the mentioned path.
After that and a reboot & refresh they ALL appeared !

So I truly dont know what happened , i dont think its a XMB low memory issue
but in the end if it work for me im happy this way.

@aldostools I think i need to re-install mmcm because i see some kind of degradation in the pixels of the text (letters) when im in it. I remember someone told me to do this (re-install) years ago and it fixed the problem but i dont remember if i have lost the PSX-PS2-PS3 folders (most importantly PS2ISO folder in my case) content doing so..... ??

Did im 100% safe to re-install mmcm and i will not loose any folders content in the system ?

Currently waiting for your answer before making any move
thanks in advance

EDIT :
(1) did i have to erase the actual mmcm BEFORE re-installing it ?
(2) did i have to ABSOLUTELLY re-install the very same version i have right now or its not important ?
(3) Can i re-install pkg OVER the actual installation ?

whats the best route

@John1971

In English via G-Trad :

I also had some difficulties with the Images of the PS2 games viewed by the different launchers that are mmCM and WebMAN-Mod, I explain to you:
In fact, after having copied the different games (in ISO) as well as the corresponding images, I launched mmCM first, I asked for the launch one after the other of each game contained in the PS2ISO folder and there the images appear in WebMAN-Mod as well as in mmCM (after launch).

Another problem exists, it is the display of images when you have more than 13 games contained in the PS2ISO folder, the 14th is only displayed if you come to it, you go back and then you come back to it. There, she appears with those who follow her.
@aldostools, you have an idea about the 2 lines above.
Bonjour Algol ,

Hi and a big hello to you from France (from the south to be exact).
For the images, they are mine and they are not very big in size, so quite correct for mmCM or WebMAN-mod.

Deleting or overwriting multiMAN is pointless. Nothing will change by doing that besides getting default his config.

Thanks Berion.
I will try to take picture of the mmCM text/letters issue that start appearing and will create a thread about it in the PS3 general tomorrow

so the picture of ps2 game is the same than ps3 game try 260x300 like ps3 game and webman reconize.

oui c bien moi sur underfund
but i not remmener you
