PS3 PS2 ISO LAUNCHER 1.03 by HABIB

As most PS3 CFW user's know launching PS2 ISO (w/ Cobra) after firmware 4.46 caused many problems for nonBC consoles. Developer HABIB has been mowing down these obstacles, first he found a solution for the wireless sync issues on a single controllers, Then later on he fixed this for all controllers connected . Then also the developer has fixed the memory card bug.[break]s[/break]

Now developer HABIB has released a new version of PS2 ISO Launcher (v1.03) for HABIB COBRA 4.70 V1.02 CFW. This release comes with empty memory card and same klicensee. Also this version comes equipped with a PS2 Classic Converted Game (Homebrew Game), that you should start first before mounting a PS2 ISO, this ensure controller syncing and is a very important step. Instructions:

1.) Activate ps2 classic placeholder through psnpatch or reactpsn and install this pkg
2.) Run it and maintain sync (without mounting any games)
3.) Now onwards when you mount a ISO, run the Placeholder Icon and ISO will be loaded

This pkg includes pre-added memory cards as well

1.) Habib 4.70 cobra 7.10 v1.02
2.) (theoretical compatible) Rebug 4.70.1 with cobra on joonies github (compilation required) (CEX only-dex requires a patch)

Finally we have passed through PS2 ISO difficulties after 4.46 cobra.
This is for NON-BC ps3s which suffers from no wireless sync when ISO launched from disc icon

How is possibile mount ps3 game in multiman and then during song selection mount ps2iso game singstar?
Some software ?

 

Webman I'm assuming. Not sure why you take the long way round and use multiman.

Just bang your ps3 iP address into an Internet browser on your phone or computer and try mount it through there.

Not sure. Isn't singstar built into the ps3 now days anyway if you go online? or is that version different?

Hopefully [MENTION=89]aldostools[/MENTION] can help clarify at some stage.
Might be part of what the shortcuts to change iso are for... although not sure how they work either sorry.

Starting to think you should just spend the $20 and buy a ps2 to play it on lol.

I have already ps3 and ps4,so buy one more playstation ufffff no chance reason no more space heh
I am not going with ps3 online,only with ps4.

Webman is built into rebug by default just have to enable it via the toolbox.

Might be able to switch discs via your phone then.

I'll keep an eye out next time I'm at the hock shop for some singstar stuff. Might be of more help then.

Maybe you have some tutorial...but i will try with new Rebug CFW...maybe i will makei it to recognize usb microphones.
Some advice what to click in rebug toolbox?

Sorry mate, thought you were running rebug for some reason. Here's the link for webman pkg. Don't worry about the rebug toolbox on habibs cfw. Sorry for the confusion.

You can mount iso's with webman directly from the xmb as well as phone/pc etc and use it to do various things remotely.

Webman + cobra = ps3 bliss.

I have 4,78 CEX Cobra:7.3 i instaled webman....but fun gone crazy
Later became much better.
But i tried to install Official after webman – Rebug 4.78.2 – Cobra 7.3 – Toolbox 2.02.09 – Feb 23rd. 2016 and no luck from safe mode when you starting ps3(waiting 2nd click and relase power button,you know as usually)
I had two usb sticks,one is 16GB,other 64GB and no luck,loaded cfw ok,tried to install ...and then erorr "THE DATA IS CORRUPTED" (8002F325).

BTW i formated hdd in ps3...reset to deafult....arghhhhhh crazy

 

Ok i get it now CFW REBUG 4.78.2 rex edition i installed over xmbc smooth
Webman is now ok,no fan noise.
Rebug toolbox ok.
So what now? I will try to load singstar ps2iso and see result.
