PS2 ps2dis_mod

Hello, i created small mod by editing currently available files. Not sure there is still someone beside me that use ps2dis in 2020, so probably that's not gonna be hot release. I don't have permissions from author because he is mia since 2002, but i think we can say is abandonware now.

Important: To clean previous ps2dis settings run .reg file from this release, otherwise colors/font not gonna be replaced. For people that are scared run .reg file, you can just delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hanimar\ manually. For people that never used ps2dis earlier, that step is not required. ​

Changes to original:

- New Theme (Dark)​

- 2 Different executables, depend that you want to create .pnach for pcsx2, or raw code for real PS2
- Added CTRL + A shortcut, that will invoke analyzer
- Fixed minor alignment gui issue when loading binary files
- Added some more hardware registers to ps2.map file
- Changed default font size to 12-14 (originally 8)
- Changed Patch List window size little bit

THX! It is still useful!

Especially those who create cheats should certainly take a look at it!
The small font of the original was quite annoying on HD and the shortcuts and other tidbits are useful and neat as well!

It would be cool to have some more colors and some tracing-functions, but I suppose that's quite hard to do via HEXing.

What do you mean by tracing functions? Can you give any usage example?

I mean to trace sub-functions within an ELF, via colored offsets and whatnot.
Sorry it's ~2 AM and I might be able to provide a better explanation later on.

Not entirely important, but if someone is to ever try to locate Hanimar your best bet is the Japanese interwebz. I say this because most of the strings and information in the ps2dis executable are in Japanese. I don't remember what encoding though.
