Here is a smaller PS2ISO with SNES, Genesis, NeoCD & OPL for PS3 (ISO is only 30MB instead of 1GB)

I made some minor changes to your ISO Now you don't need to browse for emus because I added shortcuts. ISO is now 7MB, and is DVD image (not sure it was before). I' so exited to work on PS2 related homebrew again!

I made some minor changes to your ISO Now you don't need to browse for emus because I added shortcuts. ISO is now 7MB, and is DVD image (not sure it was before). I' so exited to work on PS2 related homebrew again!

PGEN added the full zipped romset but no rom work (although it ran on ps2 console)
PSMS (Master System) boots up but gives "Failed to load module: libsd".
NESEMU (NES): Black screen
fceUltra (NES): black screen
InfoGB rev6c (GBC): black screen
gpspkai (GBA): black screen

I've added the full genesis romset into a single folder, and all games were zipped. Maybe that's the reason none of the games loaded? I used the iso provided in the guide.

Yes it's probably doesn't support Zips

Try it with unpacked Zips and if it isn't gonna work either then we will see

Have you tried spoofing the executable? i.e. replace the SLUS_xxx.xx or SLES_xxx.xx of a PS1 ISO with NES.EXE (renamed). Also include ROMBANK.BIN and SAVEICON.BMP generated in the ISO created by rombank.exe. See my reply in the next post.

Sadly it doesn't work on my PS3 it looks like some consoles will boot fine without dummy files but other not

Try with this zip... it uses SLUS_123.45 (Thrill Kill) as title id https://www.sendspace.com/file/9lkczy

Steps:

Spoiler

1. Run rombank.exe
2. Add nes roms
3. Select output ROM List (e.g. Use ROM File Name)
4. Build IMBNES ISO (USA), save as nes.iso
5. Open nes.iso with UltraISO
6. Add SLUS_123.45 to the ISO
7. Save the ISO

EDIT: The new file (v2) contains a folder "example" with an ISO, EBOOT.PBP and ISO.BIN.EDAT

Are you sure that DVD mode was selected during conversion to pkg?
