You can compare the files with something like WinMerge and see which files are identical and which are different .

The only real difference that matters is that 4.85 HFW has the webkit.sprx from 4.78.

You can use this to extract the dev_flash from any PUP: https://www.psx-place.com/resources/pupx-dev_flash.650/

Hey thanks mate, i already know that program though, at some points, it will take at least 15 minutes to extract all the firmware data on my laptop, not worth it just for my curriousness, only want to know whats inside

anyway, is it possible if i use the raw data files to copy rewrite the corrupted dev_flash data in my ps3 ? only asking, i prefer not to reinstall ofw, hfw, and then hen again
