hmmm CEX the rebug toolbox is enough, strange

And what about DEX, because I'm on REBUG D-REX and have the same issue.
In fact I just restored my whole console and reinstalled the firmware, only have a couple packages installed and it's still telling me I have no room. Right now it says:

"Not enough space to copy the file (gameboot_multi.ac3) to destination path (/dev_blind/vsh/resource/)"

It's giving me the option to restore from the backup now, but when I last tried that (before restoring and trying again), it said I didn't even have enough room to finish restoring from the backup.

Please read the READ ME file :)

for now is the only solution, but it will have a REBUG installer in the next version

Oh wow, I didn't notice that bottom section. Thanks! I'll give it a try.
I don't mean to rush at all, but I'm just curious if there's any ETA on the next update? REBUG support sounds really cool to have.

One more tiny problem, the files listed in the readme seem to be named incorrectly. I want to be sure I'm not deleting the wrong things. For instance there's no such thing as xmb_plugin.cex, but there is xmb_plugin.sprx and xmb_plugin.sprx.cex - the same goes for sysconf_plugin.

EDIT: Okay, so I deleted both the .sprx.cex files and that seems to have worked (it successfully restored the backup it made). I'm going to try again now.

EDIT #2: It gave me another error while backing up:
"Cannot open source file (/dev_hdd0/tmp/wmtmp/auto_power_off) for reading"
It's deleting the backup now and it canceled the installation.

EDIT #3: I tried again and it did the same shit :( Gonna reboot this time before my final retry. Then I'm just gonna wait for another reply.

EDIT #4: Okay, this is weird, it looks like it completed, I can't tell. It didn't restore the backup and I don't know why but I also can't tell if this is the completed install or not. It said just now that it had failed and that it would restore from backup. I'm so confused. Went back into the app, chose the backup, and it's restoring now. Afterward I'm going to do a hard reboot and try again.

FINAL EDIT: I reinstalled my firmware, restored the PS3 again, installed REBUG toolbox and Multiman, then enabled dev_blind, removed the necessary files, then installed the PS3 Pro Mod installer and it worked perfectly this time. :D

Are you sure? use aldo tools to resign them, i used to have this issue, but i forgot to resign one of them :P

or maybe you forgot to add it on flash, if one of them are missing, it will be remaped to nothing, and eventually shut down.

Also you can make it via webman using map funcions for less time comsuption, if an error happens you can just use a usb drive with a blank boot_init.txt.

Were you able to verify that bug in the PS3 HEN that when it comes back to XMB doesn't show any menu?
