Not sure why it wouldn't work for him. I tried both and seems to be working. I like the HFW tools with all the extras. One of the icons still doesn't show a folder just the circle with an arrow. But it's been that way since it was added for the first time. I really like how the themes are added and only one PKG is needed now. Also @Joonie favorite addition is pretty neat as I like how when you go to update we are prompted with a nice little warning. Will be awesome if it can be done to update to a new HFW and not OFW if everything works as planned. You guys have done an amazing job. Something I never thought was possible and using Cobra to achieve all this. Bravo to @habib @Joonie @aldostools @DeViL303 @esc0rtd3w @bguerville and anyone else I may have missed that has lead up to this. And with mtldr2 still in place nonetheless
 
BTW, for those who were using the betas, do NOT try to update using the XMB HEN updater. Download link has changed. Next version, you will be able to download via XMB.

(actually there is no risk to try to update using it, it's just that you will download the last beta again...)
 
I had a similar problem with hf tools, after updating to Hen 2.0.2 i selected theme selector and installed the blue_stock_theme.pkg after restarting the console the hf tools tab dissapeared completely, had to reinstall hen again and that fixed it.

Hey! Is there a way to run modded eboot files on HEN? I tried to resign them with ESSSE Resigner but it didn't work and i got black screen.
 
Sorry if this has been asked already, but I did not see it mentioned so thought I would ask. I am currently on V2.0.0, do I just need to install the 2.0.2 PKG file via the package manager, reboot and good to go or is there more steps involved to update from 2.0.0 to 2.0.2?

For those who want to use these themes, unpack the PKG, delete the xml in dev_blind/blablabla and repack the PKG.
 
Ok here is my dumb problem. I put the rif in the exdata folder on my USB and I'm getting a error telling me to sign in to use this content. The rif in question is the ps2 classic rif.

How to activate rap files?

You need to mount flash.

Go to www.**ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new)/hen/blind/han_flash_mount.html in browser, then install PKG

Thanks to the help I got 2.0.2 installed, but now I have another problem. First of all I was under the impression that the "Hybrid Firmware Tools" menu was not supposed to show up until AFTER HEN was enabled, for me it's showing up right after bootup of the system BEFORE HEN has been enabled. Also, if I try to use the "Soft Reboot" feature I am just taken to a screen that says "Connect the controller using a USB cable, and then press the PS button". I am pretty new to all this, but I am sure that is not the intended result of this feature.
