Use a NTSC copy...the classic mini have problem running PAL games in the modern TVs too...

on CFW, COBRA takes care of this problem by switching refresh rate on display,

on HEN, this is not supported and the framedrop occurs when playing NTSC games on PAL display. And also, frameboost occurs when playing PAL games on NTSC display..

Have you tried restoring the file system? Something could have gotten corruption during the fail.

I've been able to access debug settings after installing HEN 2.1.1 on a superslim with HFW 4.84.2 and took a look at them without touching any settings.
But after a reboot, I can't get debug menu any more.
Can someone throw me some light about this ?

I was able to fix by using a file browser to delete the partial files.

i got a ps3 slim with OFW4.84. I installed HFW 4.84.2 successful and restarted it . But checking in system setting the version still remained OFW 4.84. and not HFW???

How about things like the gameboot sounds? Are they loaded into the memory at startup?

gameboot sound isn't encrypted, so it will work without hen enabled.

Yep that seems to have fixed it.
Although multiman now is playing a song I've never heard before, like prince of Persia made song.

you can replace the music (SOUND.BIN). I had mine as a pink floyd song.
