set the install page as homepage. delete cookies, cashe, and the two things below them. turn off browser close confirmation. back out of browser. open browser. initialize and install.

there are two installers. one says fixed and other says alternative. try the other one (deleting cashe and all again before start).

Initialization failed... Idk what's going on when I was instaling hen first time everything was fine

I did that when I installed hen for the first time but now the only issue is that initialization fails everyone I try to install hen

install hfw 4.86 again (make sure is hfw and not ofw). then try to install hen again.

reboot and open browser. i promise unless you have network issues, it will work almost straight away

only for Superslim eMMC (4201A) or Phat NAND it needs done in recovery

Hello. I have just updated 4.85.1 HFW to 4.86.1 HFW and PS3HEN was uninstalled in the process. But when I try to re-install it through the web, it just fails. Please help me.

I guess more info about what that means should be shown but it's pretty much just random. If init fails you need to just close the browser and try again. Obviously setting the URL as home page helps but if you've already done that, keep trying and it will work eventually.

I need other programs for HEN to go online? HEN is CFW? i wanna go online but that thing about the sycalls i don't understand and i don't wanna get banned.

Every time I click Enable HAN my PS3 freezes. It doesn't matter if I use the offline or online Enabler.

IRISMAN and most of the others backup managers work because they recognize 4.86 as an older CFW due the lv2_kernel haven't changed since 4.75 (with exception of 4.80).

MAMBA is loaded only if Cobra is disabled. In such case it would load the payload for the version that it recognized. HEN is detected as Cobra, so the only broken feature is the FW version reported by the application.

I know some payloads are not used when cobra is enabled (like "mamba" or the "sky" payloads), but i have doubts because others looks generic like the "umount" or the ones related with "ps2"

First of all congratulations to everyone who makes this HEN possible as always! Secondly I have a doubt. I remember there was an option to add no PSN verification yo apps on Hen 3.0.0 Where can I find that again?
