PS4 PS4 stuck on init screen (connect ds4 with cable)

hello everybody!
today i get ps4 1216B fw 8.50 which stuck on init screen.
i connect cable and press PS, but DS4 just charge.

what i do till now
1. i test with 4 different cables (same), all cables 100% OK
2. i use 3 different DS4 (same), all DS4 100% OK
3. try to reset every DS4 with reset button (same)
4. i upgrade recovery firmware on another HDD (fw was 8.50 so i recover with same 8.50) (same)
5. i use non DS4 controller with USB dongle..... hire was little progress. when i press share button i get message in upper left corner that cant share right now. press option button i get message cant use menu right now. in the main time get message that upgrade to FW 9.0 is ready, but when i press PS button, nothing happend. this controller with dongle, work 100% OK on other PS4.
6. i read NOR and check it with BwE SW. all OK

bt and wifi isnt broken becaouse i update FULL fw to PS4.
