PS3 PSN account ban

Hello,
With help of great tutorials here, i applied ps3Xploit 2.0 on my fat ps3 some time ago and installed latest REBUG successfully. Somehow, i forgot to protect PSN account with psninja or sen enabler, while homebrew and hdd games were present, so recently PSN login gives "Access ... by this account has been banned or temporarily suspended."

If i'm right, this is an account ban, console not banned yet. So, what would be best approach for me next?
Can i apply to a new PSN account via OFW ps3? or
From PC, PSN's website, is that possible, and then login via ps3 with that username-password?
And what will be the fate of current trophies if i get that new account?
If i have that chance to succeed, i should use sen enabler with default settings?

You can create an account on your computer for PSN and use it on your PS3. You'll most likely get banned again. I used the tools you listed in the proper fashion and was banned 30 minutes after I first used the throw away PSN account. If you can't get the original account unbanned you will lose all of your stuff like trophies, purchased games, game saves, etc ... I would advise using two PS3 consoles; one for PSN and one for CFW.
 
You was not banned for not using senenabler/psninja
There is people not using any kind of protection and they are good, never banned

So... you have been banned for other reasons

more then likely the console is banned also, that's what it read when my account/console was banned

as far as I remember once an account is banned there is no un-ban
 
thanks for answers, yes, i was aware of "unbanning of an account" is not possible so asked for other methods i could try...

yes, also i had suspects about console ban, even ban message is above, instead of "... from this system has been banned or
temporarily suspended."
 
Your lucky you got a account ban and not a console ban.If you got a account banned with ps4 game purchases though,then that will really suck.

The only thing I did was login to PSN and try to play a multiplayer game. No cheating, hacking, etc ... I only used it for around 10 minutes just to see if it would work. 20 minutes later I got an email stating I was banned.

I guess it varys then.Ill admit,that does seem pretty quick for a ban like that to happen
 
Is your account shared with anyone else? Friend, cousin. Or you sign in from another cfw ps3 that has mods ?

If you did that. It could be the reason

Everytime you run Homebrew and other things not meant for PS3 normally while on network you can get banned. Also for mods cheating on online games. You sure you weren't doing anything hack wise Sony could have seen. Also you have an enemy that hates you and knew you had a hacked system. Check the email. They should put the reason on your email so you have a better idea what happened
 
Refer to the notification email sent to your Sign-In ID address for more information. The email should include whether you have been temporarily suspended and for how long or permanently banned the reason for the action, the date that the ban or suspension became active.
 
One thing I found out and like about Han is nothing gets shown until Han is enabled and recently I found out the exploit works without really being connected to the PlayStation Network. I use my secondary for all hacks then reboot to use main account for legit stuff. Unsure if cfw works the same but if you can be off the network when you run Homebrew and stuff I'd recommend it. You do mods in games online and hacking online be prepared to be caught easier. Js

no, never shared and never did below:

- arguments with other PSN members
- missing payment to Sony (PSN Store)
- logging in an online game and cheating

as i recall, what i did were:

PSN account was auto-login, even after ps3 jailbroken and CFW active
homebrew run
original games run (from bluray) and never went for online play
after installing some backup games to hdd (both full price games and PSN games), i allowed update to latest version

and unfortunately the account is "banned" for a month, no mail from Sony for that for that period, that email might have gone to spam folder and probably auto-deleted :(
 
Whatever the reason you should be considered lucky if just a month ban. Doubt it's a hack issue. Most of those are permanant
 
Phew... You are lucky..

Just make sure auto-login is unmarked. Or configure fake wired connection. So no Internet unless you configure it again
