Sorry man ... You are doing something wrong.
I've just tested myself.
Everything is working as expected.
Rebug 4.75.2
Running in rebug mode with cobra.
Psnpatch plugin installed by psnpatch app.
Blocking psn access at boot until CFW is properly unlocked.

yes , along with psnpatch.sprx

Have you been fiddling around with rebug toolbox lv1 options ?
Are you using psnpatch 2015.7A ?

Try disabling webman in rebug toolbox.
Then go to Psnpatch toolbox and remove both webman and psnpatch plugins. Apply (will reboot)

Back to psnpatch toolbox, activate both webman and Psnpatch plugins. Apply (will reboot).

Hi everybody,
Same problem for me psnpatch plugin doesn't work when webman is enabled in rebug toolbox. It's not working if webman is installed through psnpatch.

Hi everybody,
Same problem for me psnpatch plugin doesn't work when webman is enabled in rebug toolbox. It's not working if webman is installed through psnpatch.

Me too. If I disable just the webman (either through the rebug toolbox OR psnpatch toolbox) I get the "psn blocked" pop-up at startup.
After activating webman I never get the pop-up... to be honest I haven't tried login in to PSN to see if it's just a pop-up problem...

UPDATE: Started from scratch again:
- disable psnpatch plugin and webman plugin
- removed psnpatch
- removed rebug toolbox
- reinstalled rebug 4.75.2
- installed rebug toolbox
- installed psnpatch 2015/7A and activated from there both the psnpatch plugin and webman plugin, as suggested.

Same result :(

If I disable webman plugin then, and only then, do I get the pop-up saying PSN access blocked...

Same here as well.

Got Rebug 4.75.2 REX in CEX with Rebug/Cobra mode enabled on a CECH-2504B.
PSNPatch 2015/07 plugin not loading anymore.

I found 2 workarounds to this PSNPatch plugin loading issue:

Before applying a workaround.

Install last PSNPatch 2015/07, run the app & install the plugin, if it's not already done of course.

Do not install webMAN from PSNPatch!

1. This is the solution I use.

Copy the the original /dev_flash/vsh/modules/webftp_server.sprx from the Rebug CFW (105kb} to /dev_hdd0.

With a text editor, add the line

/dev_hdd0./webftp_server.sprx

to your /dev_hdd0/boot_plugins.txt (there must already be a line for the PSNPatch plugin).

Disable webMAN in Rebug Toolbox.
Exit the toolbox which will reboot the console & all is working fine.

FYI

A)
a webftp_server.sprx from the recent 1.43.02 release from Matsumot0 (choose a rebug version of course) would also be fine., however you would lose the Spoof Disabler option. Up to you.

B)
Also the paths of the 2 sprx files can be modified. For example instead of using /dev_hdd0, you could copy your webftp_server.sprx & psnpatch.sprx to/dev_hdd0/plugins & edit the boot_plugins.txt so it contains the accurate paths.

2. The second workaround is not very practical but seems to work if you want to keep webMAN enabled in the Rebug Toolbox. .No changes are made in the filesystem.

Go to the PS3MAPI web GUI via the link iin webMAN Setup page.
Scroll down to plugins section.
Load the PSNPatch plugin manually using the webGUI after entering the correct path to psnpatch.sprx in one of the available textboxes.
Once the page is refreshed & showing that the plugin is successfully loaded, close the browser.

Now, if you use the L3+R3+R2 combo a first time, webMAN will unload & the PSN locked pipup message will appear.
Use the L3+R3+R2 combo a second time & PSNPatch will do the cleaning & ready the CFW for PSN connection. It will also display the PSN unlocked popup message & the new spoofed idps/psid popup message if id spoofing was setup.

As you can see the first solution is better if you use PSNPatch very regularly...

Please do exactly as I've told you earlier (see repost below)

When activating psnpatch press the combo and keep it pressed until it beeps.

...
Try disabling webman in rebug toolbox.
Then go to Psnpatch toolbox and remove both webman and psnpatch plugins. Apply (will reboot)

Back to psnpatch toolbox, activate both webman and Psnpatch plugins. Apply (will reboot).

Ok but if I do that, will the webftp_server.sprx not be replaced by the older version contained in PSNPatch?
I would need to back up the original webftp_server.sprx to be able to restore it at the end of the procedure you described.

Am I wrong or missing something?

Yes.
You confirm if it works.
Then you try with your webman version if it still works.
. If so, it is solved.
If not, the issue is related with your webman version.
