Sorry, I was having issues with the controller settings. I'm using the original USA release from the Redump set. Also, since this game doesn't support analog controllers, use the --sim-analog-pad=0x2020 line in config-title.txt. Having --ctlanalog=on and not the former will result in the game detecting no controller.

Also, at least in my case, it wasn't necessary to use PBPUnpacker, since DATA.PSAR is obviously inside the EBOOT.PBP file. I just had to search inside the EBOOT file and found the TOC table.
 
Has anybody tried messing around with the --scale=6 setting? Maybe lowering the scale factor can help games with slowdown issues, specially for base PS4.

I used it to fix Tron Bonne (--scale=0 to fix no text boxes during gameplay). But, it does nothing to speed things up.

this command "--gpu-scanout-fps-override= " speeds things up and slows them down

Thanks really work! Analog stick work too! Looks like people have problems about missing toc.file

I meant it more as that it might help games like these, not fixing things like PAL slowdown. I can't try it since I don't have a lot of games.

Hmm, weird. I've got this settings in config-title.txt for Metal Gear Solid:

Analog inputs work properly, but I couldn't get rumble to work. Which are your settings?
