PS4 [Research] PS2 Game Status on (PS4's - PS2 EMU)

Don't use triace hack for non triace games. It only cause issues.

Try all possible options with clamping operands. Fpu, cop, vu0/1 etc. You probably got this black areas because of bad calculations result.
 
No luck with removing black floors on Area 51 NTSC/U

Not Working:-

Urban Reign NTSC/U --- Black screen after ps2 logo
Dawn of Mana NTSC/U ---- Boots to title, start game, FMV, long black screen, then......

PS3 use exactly the same bios as ps2_netemu, so every emu that work on PS3 should work also on PS4. Btw. is not a rule, but should fit to 90% emulators/homebrew.

btw I've tried all versions possible of all emus for ps2. eurasia.nu database goes way back

To be honest i have no idea why this happen. Normally it would be tlb miss, or branch delay slot issue. But this should not be the case in emu..
 
Holly smokes!! Gran Turismo 3 and Gran Turismo 4 working with minor graphical issues!? Well the emu needs more fixes than PS3 Net_Emu, but its heading into a good direction.

This emu reminds me a lot of PCSX2, since the architecture its based on X86, while the PS3 Net_Emu was a reversed engineered version of the PS3 Soft_Emu and GX_Emu, with the absence of the GS/EE on the 60Gb, mainly giving the RSX the task to emulate the GS, at maximum accuracy.

This emu however, bumps the resolution, but doesn´t seem to preserve a lot of PS2 Original graphical effects on a game to game basis like the PS3 Net_Emu,but yet again, only time and firmware updates and fixes will tell...

But again, Sony with the PS3 Net_Emu they had the code, they just adapted it to run on a Non-BC Console, while with this PS4 version, it seems they started from scratch, rendering previous titles working on the Net_Emu, totally unplayable...

Silent hil 2 & 3 had the middle to the bottom of the screen all mixed pixelated gfx. From middle to top had the games proper inage but squashed.

Managed to find another dump of Beverly Hills cop. Loads but stops at the loading screen after the title menu.

Can you check these out plz

FPU clamping of you tell me how to add it in custom config. I can try?

Is NTSC issue.
