Sounds like you need to change the thermal paste on your super slim. If you have then try a minimum speed of 30 - 34% and max of 60.

Set it to 32% and thr temp stays at 60° idle, don't know when playing games. But in sure it's not high, before using syscon (25% im sure) reached 70 or more.

MX4 should do the job.
