should i downgrade or is there any 4.81 ps3 jailbreak?

First determine what firmware your PS3 came from factory with MinVerChk. If is 3.56 or below, you are good to go with PS3Xploit 2.0, if its above 3.56 "ex: 3.60" then PS3Xploit 3.0 HAN is your only option.

Keep in mind not all 2500 Series are hackeable, there are many 2500 revisions which some go even below to 3.40 or some even came with 3.60, but the best and safest method to know is with MinVerChk, just to avoid any mishaps in the future

woops I checked model wrong :P , better check if your ps3 can have cfw by MinVerChk, but very high probability that it will be.

FYI.
From the examination of provided dumps, it's been found that technically speaking, there is a very very slim chance of compatibility on Minver 3.60. It would appear that some rare models (datecode 1B iirc} still use metldr v1 & can be jailbroken with the no-fsm patch (also used by ps3xploit) in the same way as consoles on Minver 3.56.
It's an exception rather than the rule though & the only way to know for sure is to dump the NOR & examine its content to find out whether the console uses metldr or metldr2.
