yeah, nintendo really disappointed me there. it's almost as if they planned for my device to fail. lol it's still under warranty or else I'd try to fix it myself. it sounds like it's either the battery or a software problem.
I still have my wii u hdd. I actually wrote down, in a txt file, each game I had installed just in case the hdd fails. I backed that txt file up to like four hdds.
the constant backing up of things is why I decided not to hack my switch. it's just too much work, and you become paranoid about it.
