Swap HDD with bigger one on same PS3 console using HAN

yeah, nintendo really disappointed me there. it's almost as if they planned for my device to fail. lol it's still under warranty or else I'd try to fix it myself. it sounds like it's either the battery or a software problem.

I still have my wii u hdd. I actually wrote down, in a txt file, each game I had installed just in case the hdd fails. I backed that txt file up to like four hdds. :-P

the constant backing up of things is why I decided not to hack my switch. it's just too much work, and you become paranoid about it.

backing up is exhausting (although necessary), it consumes me too often.

I hope someday the nintenso will take the homework lol

Thanks for the tips and your attention my friend.

See you [emoji3577]

indeed. I don't know this would fare, but saving to the cart? sony really f'd that up with the vita to where some games save to the cart; others to the system's storage. if all were saved to the cart, it might help or hinder. help in that it could diminish the used game market, which I think they're trying to do with their coins and digital being worth five times as much as retail. I can get them for even cheaper with the gcu at 20% off instead of the $3.00 off with those coins.

it might hinder them, 'cause who knows how that would blow over. people don't want to lose their saves, if they were to buy the game again.

with all the backups I have, it can get extremely confusing. I bought 2 10TB hdds, and they both have the same files on them, which is pretty much everything from the ps2 on up to the ps4. this includes the 360 and nintendo consoles too. I also backed up each install file for apps on my pc along with a disk image of the pc. I just don't want to be in this predicament again. now, I feel depressed about my nintendo saves. the one time I go legit, and it bites me in the ass.

Need some help here

I already changed the HDD and everything has went smooth, since the entire system backup I made yesterday but now I have a problem

The xregistry injector doesn't seem to be working (at least for me) or idk if im missing something. (the injector asks for a rif file which I don't have)

Hmm....

I never used that feature...

But hey. You can still access PSN and reactivate your console :)

It finally worked!

All I had to do was download the other PS3ProxyServer somebody else uploaded to MEGA (like a different version) without installing it, on the C: drive, and the ran the application.

I can finally restore my system backup.

Thanks
