This is tested and works
Put your rims in, convert it using gui, resign with my tool.

I tried this:
Extract "ps2-emulator-no-roms-etHANol.iso" to folder
Add ROMs (.smc)
Make into ISO using IMGBURN 2048/ISO 9660 (Because I couldnt add files to the ISO with 7zip nor WinRAR)
Check offset 0x8000 for CD001
Open PS2Classics
Add LIMG / CEX
Encrypt ISO with kLic: E4E54FD67C16C316F47829A30484D843 (Default)
Encrypt ISO klic: 72F990788F9CFF745725F08E4C128387 (PS2 Placeholder)
Make PKG for both versions of ISO
Sign both files using my IDPS in Habib's tool. (already injected RIF for placeholder)
Move PKG to USB
Install PKG
Run PKG
The pkg encrypted with the palceholder klic boots but shows black screen, no video output and when I press the on/off button of my ps3, the ps3 simply restarts

The other one with the default boots and has video output at times, reboots into main menu and gives error 80028F17.

Any ideas?

So i just finished the installation from the ps3 tools installer and the same error that came up last time happened "the code execution cannot proceed because MSVBVM50.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

Install visualc++ 2015 and try this http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb50pro/utility/1/win98/en-us/msvbvm50.exe

actually one last thing, i dumped the idps through the exploit site onto my usb and its idps.hex but you mentioned idps.bin in your tutorial, is this still going to work or am i going to have to change something?
