Interestingly, ATRAC3plus will go?
bitrate = 128[kbps], Ch = 2[ch], Sampling Rate = 44100[Hz]

I use GoldWave to convert ATRAC: https://www.goldwave.com/
And a set of utilities from the Sound_tools.

While you are here, how about making a topic on the HAN section about your tool "make-pkg-bat" which
seems to be now renamed to "Make HAN PKG Tools" ..
The app has good potential, once you guys fix proper english instructions for it. :P
Thank you. :)

edit:
eventho it's a fork of multiple different apps combined into one GUI, it is good all-in-one app for all HAN related stuff..
My conversions for CFW2OFW never worked with it, probably due to lack of proper instructions, so i am using other methods and doing it manually, i am one of the persons maintaining "cfw2ofw compatibility list" on psdevviki, tho right now to me it looks like an
mess since someone edited it majorly.. :(

edit2:
all my CFW2OFW tests are done with debug, not with han signing.. (and with original discs which i buy, if i don't have it.. :) )

What do you mean "...to me it looks like an mess since someone edited it majorly.. "? I was the one who converted that single, convoluted table into a segregated by letter category tables. I didn't edit the Exclusive Method instructions, just put them into numbered lists for clarity.

What PS3 game are you trying to convert that you seem to be doing wrong? I've been converting then packing BD PS3s using "make-pkg-bat" with no issue (Gundam Extreme VS Full Boost and Gundam Breaker 2)

OP should add a note to the PSX and PSP converter section that the packages are copied to the HDD as PSN PKGs and have to be installed from there.
By unlocking the package manager the PSN packages don't appear on the XMB so one could easily overlook it.

And NTSC PS1 games need to have the RESOLUTION flag in the PARAM.SFO set to 1 or 480(4:3) to play in 60 Hz on PAL PS3s.

I agree the Forum Mods or Admins ought to hijack the OP to update it or clarify (simplify) some instructions.

This HAN AIO guide by Fin9ersMcGee is more "user friendly" than OP.

I have a problem with the PSP program, and it would say that I have a "Wrong Version of Run-Time DLL". Is there a way to solve this?

I was wondering if I could get a little help, couldn't find any info on this matter anywhere else on the webs.

I've been trying to convert a PSX game (Need For Speed: High Stakes, if that helps) and I keep running into a "configuration file parse" error when running TrueAncestor. The exact message I get is as follows;

[*] Analyzing game folder...
[*] Auto-ContentID: TA9000-SLUS-0082_00-GLORYOFBRUNESTUD
[*] TitleID: SLUS00826
[*] ContentType: PS1emu
[*] PackageVersion: 01.00
[*] SystemVersion: 01.70
[*] Generating package.conf...
[*] Packing Pkg...
[*] It wil take a few minutes, please wait...
* Title ID can contain the alphabet and numbers: SLUS-0082
Configuration file parse error: "temp\packageconfig.txt"
[!] Packing Pkg is aborted.
[*] Press any key to continue...

Not sure what I did wrong, pretty sure I followed all the steps, though I did get a bit confused in terms of where to place the folders and the "txt" file you are supposed to create...

Any insight would be appreciated, I checked out the packageconfig.txt but I don't really understand anything that's written in it lol.

I'm thinking Star Ocean: The Second Story and Thousand Arms, two multi-disc psx classic games.
Anything I should note while attempting to make them both work on OFW Super Slim model?
Since last time I tried, Star Ocean just became a corrupted file, though I might've done something wrong with the PARAM.sfo so I'll be going at this again.

Black screens for multi-disc games like Star Ocean 2, Thousand Arms and Valkyrie Profile, they're incompatible. That's a bummer...
