Is there any way to create a pkg that installs .rifs with only make_package_npdrm.exe and package.conf?

I have to keep different python installations to use the script in the first post and I'd rather not do that.

Nvm, I needed to activate licence file on the main user that's why I had problems , but ur methode works, so thanks for it

EDIT: Nevermind, made a PKG conversion of the disc game instead. Signed it and profit!

When i try to create the pkg with act.dat and rif it gives me this error. Please tell me what can i do, i can't use the acrifcopier by now.
